I would just like to publicly thank you for giving us detailed, informative answers to several issues over the past several months. It has been a breath of fresh air compared to the status quo that had been going on, especially in the monthly Q&A answers.

Amen. I’ve learned more about the inner workings in the last 2 weeks than the previous how ever many months.
I did a search for his recent posts and found some of these nuggets of info, but perhaps you could make a short list of the things you learned?
I found the scoring algorithm he posted. Finally, I have some idea about how points are calculated… It partially explains why that 1000 pt. progression point was always just out of reach last night even though I was was winning one match for every one I lost.

More than just useful, the word I would use is respectful. It’s really nice to see that fans of the game who take the time to try to help it progress are being heard, and that their concerns are being addressed. It gives us hope for the future. 
Now if y’all would just put a better UI on the shield cooldowns so we can see how much time is left before we can use each shield again, I think we’ll be pretty much out of stuff to whine about! 
I concur. The more communication the better. I feel bad sometimes with the sheer amount of complaints on here about the developers, etc (I am as guilty as anyone,) but obviously we all are passionate and enjoy this game. The more communication, the better everyone feels I think even if we don’t all agree
