The chance of a decent card was a nice gesture, thank you. Not that i got anything but it still felt good.
Still, i try really hard but simply can’t understand why you are causing yourselves trouble continously when a 3 line long post in the corresponding topic could easily calm down the crowd. Underestimating this forum is a serious mistake, info provided here goes around quickly ingame via chat. One post, three friggin’ line per problem. Is it really that hard? Yes i’m judging. If you have the time to moderate (and have a spare bot flooded the posts with little felines), and answer to direct messages then why don’t spare the work and put just a fragment of that time in effective communication?
Like this:
“We expecting short, repetitive maintenance runs during the next few days due to … If you are experiencing hiccups in the end of a match, try to keep the game active, so when the connection is back on you might have a chance of not losing the match. We thank you for your understanding and will keep you informed. Best of luck, X”
Not the perfect example, but i hope you’ve got the point.
What you have to understand that the lack of communication is simply an insult. Lost trust isn’t a thing which can be compensated, not even with the most generous offers. You put in a huge amount of work, everyone sees that, why do you ruin your reputation regularly?
Frankly, it would be a huge, and much more satisfactory progress if we would be able to overcome a glitch due to info provided here and get those rewards not as compensation but as an earning of a well played event.
Thank you thread ?
Seriously ?
We used to get 250
for maintenance issues
last weekend was a joke and to compensate we got A SOI pack ???
thanks but no thanks
I think you are forgetting that without CUSTOMERS developers wouldnt exist
IF you are offering PAYMENTS for some services in game you should be expecting some demands from CUSTOMERS EG. STABLE GAME
When I notice the “thanks for playing” tab on my activity thread, I was pretty excited. I felt like the devs were truly sorry for the issues that we dealt with during the “event”. when I opened it I was a little saddened that it was just a booster. Yes, I do agree, that it was “free”. And it is a step above the 1000 runes that were thrown our way for the last “issue”. But this just give a feeling of “were going to have issues in our game so just deal with it” feel with me. Which I know is NOT true. I truly believe that the dev’s our doing their best to give us a stable good game. But I do feel that these are not “freebies” This is compensation that were given. I would have probably gotten 50
and that booster with a rare if not for the server issues.
I actually would have been happier with clearer feedback from the Devs and letting us know what is going on than the booster. Having 2-3 rounds with the dreaded maintenance screen popup would have been avoided entirely.
