And you get one of the handful of covers that you’ve already had 5 of (in this case, Doom Black).

I got a black Human Torch
My HT was 5/3/4, so I was thrilled for the first time in a long time.
Started my day off with a heroic token from daily reward… Black xforce… Boner!
I opened my predator and prey 300-progression token and got moonstone. Sighed, opened one standard token for iso… got a sentry red. With pvp and pve rewards, my sentry has gone overnight from 224 to 544. I’m mildly horrified. /not a sentry fan
Indeed, I also lately collected bunch of sentry covers, I expect current PvP to be flooded by Sentry’s!!!

The first 3 
character whose covers I maxed was Hulk and shortly after, Punisher. My next best covered character was Hood with 7 and there were a few characters with no covers at all. And yet, right after that, 5 out of my next 3
pulls were Punisher or Hulk. It was maddening.
The worst when opening a standard token is when the screen flashes and it takes 5-10 seconds to flash silver. Durring that time I am always hope for a gold cover, but it is almost always silver 
Its been like that for me for a while, I just normally hope for a 2
more 
for my leveling quest.
Lucky, as HT is on the list to be chopped for the new covers soon.
Using standard tokens feels like constantly pulling tissues out of a box, and every now and then an expired winning lottery ticket comes out.
i have gotten about 3* covers from standards, two of which i have sold due to them being daredevil 
That feeling when you open >250 standard tokens and still no gold.
And this is after exhausting your stockpiled standard tokens, you think if the odds were true it must be close, so you open another one with iso… then another one.. then another one..
The worst part is clicking ‘sell all’ crashes the game, so now you have to delete them one by one.
I’ve been getting that a lot lately, not so much from standard coupons, but event coupons…
Went from a few weeks of not seeing any gold, to then seeing the gold started to come in, but none of them were useful, either they were for characters i have all 13 covers i need, or they give me the ONE color i have full covers for already…
I miss the days when PVP and PVE gave you two different color covers, the last few PVP’s i’ve dumped every 3* cover i got coz they were all useless for my character, even though they aren’t max covered yet…
