The Elderspark - possible 3.2 Proliferate objective bug

I haven’t encountered this issue personally, but in light of several comments on external chats regarding the Propagation secondary objective, it may not be functioning as written.

The event details thread and in-game information indicate the criteria for the objective as “Cast 4 or more cards with Proliferate during a fight”, whereas various players have mentioned accomplishing that goal and nevertheless failing to meet the objective.

There also needs to be a review of what cards say “Partner” and which of them actually count as Partner cards. Angrath’s partner card has failed to count on 4.1 or any other event where I’ve played it an Partner mattered.
