The game reset my progress from the last half hour. The 65 Hero Points I had already earned disappeared.
The first screenshot shows the points I earned, but the corresponding reward was not received. After I received the next reward, the game displayed the Hero Points as earned, but they were not actually awarded, as shown in the second screenshot.
@Jeto and another one, this a new way you guys try to Slow down Player Progress?
The game is randomly reverting some of my actions. Yesterday, I added Magik to my roster, but this morning it was gone. My support upgrade was also reverted. However, my PvP battle results are still intact.
I am curious for those of you who this is happening to:
What type of device are you using?
Did you see any network errors pop up on your device, at any point?
I have seen this happen a few times personally.

I’m using Android, and there were no network errors. The only issue was constant failed attempts to load assets. Because of this, the game freezes, but it hasn’t crashed.
What’s strange is that the entire session doesn’t get rolled back. Instead, only certain actions I performed within a specific period of time are lost. My score progress was saved, but the rewards for the PvE levels I completed disappeared.
This kind of bug sounds like a server issue where one set of servers isn’t properly sync’d with the rest of them and that Haruno is playing on that one set of servers and when the server sync happens its erasing what he’s done on that server.
