The game keeps shutting down right after starting

This issue started a few hours ago. Updating to iOS 10.2.1 doesn’t help.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue on iOS 10.2.1, started a few hours ago this afternoon. As I haven’t backep up my save to Facebook yet, I can’t try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, can I?

Happened to me two days ago, hope the issue is resolved. I have not backed up my phone in awhile and would hate to lose all of my progress.

did multiple reinstall - some with shut down some without
after reinstall I have tried chosing to resynch and not . no avail
I rolled back my phone to a backup I had
