Hi, I need to know if these Missions are repeatable.

The last cycle, I clearly did not remember these 2 missions. Something must have changed. Can someone tell me if they are repeatable?
They are repeatable and they were here last cycle.
The last cycle 2 days ago yes but not the last cycle of The Hunt because there was no Ares then 
I think I recall a few days ago that there were one or two non-repeatable quests that later showed up as refreshed repeatable quests once I completed other quests. Not sure if that was one.
There may have been some quest chain changes to Florida during one of the updates yesterday. When I logged on after the update, about halfway through the Florida chain, the initial quest had been reset, and several of the later quests I had unlocked had disappeared. Once I did the initial quest again, they showed up again. Plus, I got extra ISO and event points.
