Hello everyone, I am here to announce that The Onslaught is looking for members. The initial intent of the group was to gather a bunch of high level guys that just wanted to play the game and have fun with no drama or political business. Just 20 guys and the game they love to play. Well, there was a hiccup, and now I am rebuilding. I’m not going to dwell on the past though. I am looking for people that want to play, pure and simple. If you don’t know all the ins and outs of the game, that is ok, as we have people that can show you the strategies that can help you win. We want to win, but having fun is the main goal of the day. If you can’t have fun in your hobby, then it becomes a job, and nobody wants to their hobby to become that serious.
Our goal is simple: We will play hard, but have fun doing it. We will play every pvp, but there will be limited or no PVE participation required, unless a new character is released. Even then, pve participation isn’t mandatory unless there is a character that is so good that we would be a fool to not try for. Members can merc their score to another alliance temporarily if they care for alliance PvE rewards. The only requirement on mercing for pve is that you have to make sure that pvp is covered.
We have known about the upcoming changes to the shield system for quite some time, and will adapt to play at a high level as a team. We are willing to show anyone how to play at a high level. To apply, you reply to this post, or you can download the “Line” application. If you have line, you can add me. My name is The1WhoKnocks. I look forward to hearing from all that may be interested.
Remember, it’s all about enjoying the game we are all here for, while having fun and scoring. Anything other than that has got to go.
Requirements that we look at:
- Roster (honestly, you need to have a decent starting point if you plan to succeed. It doesn’t need to be all maxed characters, but you can’t win with bagman and yelena.)
- Attitude towards the game (We are all here to play the game and have fun.)
- Communication (Having access to the Line application is very beneficial)
- Competitive spirit (this can be grouped with attitude, but this really deserves it’s own scale for consideration)
