Everyone reading this should check their roster progress, it can happen you lose quite a few levels and event rewards.
If you notice that your pve nodes are closed altough you played them or you lose tower progress, you are affected.
Post here so devs see this isn’t a small problem of few people they just can ignore!
This has happened to me a few times, especially since I had a separate bug affecting refreshing the spidey vault.
If it crashed during that refresh sometimes I would restart and have to reapply covers or redo the tower missions for 0 points but to re earn the rewards.
I lost 2 pvp rewards this way in recent weeks.
I thought it was because I moved to email save but I hear it’s affecting other save methods too. This becomes a big problem then!

Knowing if people are playing on multiple devices would be greatly helpful, as that can cause exactly this
As a Krazy person, I assure you this can happen if you only use one account. 
If the reproducible steps here
don’t make sense, I’ll create a video if that would be helpful.
To be clear: Losing progress is not new or unique to R346
The game:
I am not using multiple devices.
Only playing on one Device, IPad 9th gen, email not linked, Apple safe, one rollback so far
there was one odd thing before, I finished tower sub 3 and had 2 days Left for the 1st floor of sub 4 opening, which is as far as I know wrong, new sub should Open after 24h, Next day tower opened, Countdown went from 48h to 24h and I had the rollback Most likely the Minute it opened
I had no crash when my rollback occured, but it seems to be a driving factor for others, Most likely a crash raises the possibility of it happening
@Wolvie171 you might want to Share your observations, since I know you had at least 4 rollbacks in like a week
Just happened to me, did all 3 clears on sub 1 Sight Seeing about 3 hours ago. Went back in a minute ago and everything is reset, but when I play a node I get zero points. Def not redoing the whole sub, very frustrating. Single device iPhone 14 Pro
All good information, especially if there are older reports, but I’ll update what I shared with the team so far with this info 
That being said, if you are getting a disconnection at the right time, then the game cannot connect to “write” your data with whatever has just happened.
So, it’s not necessarily that the issue is your progress reverting, the issue is, you are getting crashing/a disconnection/freezing etc
I never crashed or disconnected. Just a normal full clear of the sub earlier and closed the app - you can see that I have full points accrued here and says I’m placed #115, but all nodes are reset ( this is the first sub, so the only place to get those points was this sub)
and here you can see in the rewards nothing is checked (even though they were earlier, and again you can see that I have points at the top)
@Jeto and had another rollback all the rewards for Wasp pvp up to 900 points are gonna
but I think i know what causes it, I had the FB prompt in the fight reward screen accidentally tapped it and declined on the 2nd Pop up and After that had the rollback
@S0kun can you help me with CS? They refuse to awknoledge that These are problems unrelated to R345
Edit: Yes, I’m nearly 100% it is linked to the FB prompt
If it’s Facebook related I guess you’re just out of luck. We’ve been told that’s load bearing code and nothing can be done to remove the useless dialog boxes etc.
A player posted on Reddit with a similar issue (rolled back their tokens and things).
So @Jeto anything new on this situation?
