So I haven’t got the best of rosters, nor do I have a great amount of ISO-leveled heroes at the moment. I was struggling with Thick as Thieves during the first few days (No Spiderman, no patch, no grey suit widow, very low level thor/wolverine, etc) I was getting all but the last 2-3 missions done (barely) but enjoying it nonetheless.
Then Army of One iteration I ended, and I somehow walked out of that with 1 Patch cover. With that one level 15 patch, every single match in Thick of Thieves became five times easier - at least. I know he’s bugged and will be corrected soon, but I have a feeling that this particular event or episode or whatever you call it was designed with its rising levels of difficulty simply so that Patch can have a field day before being stripped naked and turned out into the cold.

Not at all. Happy(?) coincidence. His reign will be coming to an end with R47 though.
Yup, and rightfully so. I understand why you can’t leave him as he is. However, he really really made the event actually semi-playable.
