Pet Avengers Assemble! - 9 yellowtile.png
AP
Throg rallies Lockjaw and the Pet Avengers into action! Grants the team a burst of 463 health and sends them Airborne for 2 turns.

(PASSIVE) When an ally returns from being Airborne, destroy all Charged tiles in their strongest color, dealing 611 damage per tile destroyed. This power costs 1 AP less for each color of Charged tile on the board (to a minimum of 3; destroyed tiles do not deal damage or generate AP.) (Max level 902 health, 1191 damage)

  • Level 2: Grants a burst of 648 health, and deals 642 damage for each tile destroyed. (Max level 1263 health, 1251 damage)

  • Level 5: Grants a burst of 1945 health, and deals 868 damage for each tile destroyed. (Max level 3788 health, 1691 damage)

Zip Zap Zop - 8 greentile.png
AP
Throg summons a lightning storm to zap his opponents and charge the battlefield! Deals 324 damage and converts 4 random basic or enemy Strike, Protect, or Attack tiles to Charged tiles. If an enemy tile is converted this way, Throg fires this power again at no cost until no enemy tiles are converted. (Max level 631 damage)

  • Level 2: Deals 454 damage. (Max level 883 damage)

  • Level 3: Deals 538 damage. (Max level 1047 damage)

  • Level 4: Converts 5 tiles.

  • Level 5: Deals 787 damage. (Max level 1533 damage)

A Hop, Skip and a Jump - bluetile.png
PASSIVE
(PASSIVE) Throg leaps around the battlefield with ease, deftly dodging enemy attacks. Whenever you make a Blue match, he creates a 1-turn Blue Repeater tile that generates a random Charged tile. If Throg would take damage, the damage is negated and a Repeater tile is removed.

  • Level 2: When a Repeater tile is removed, also deal 127 damage. (Max level 247 damage)

  • Level 3: Deals 239 damage. (Max level 464 damage)

  • Level 4: Deals 462 damage. (Max level 899 damage)

Called it. I am pretty certain it’s Yellowjacket(Hank Pym) and he seems very broken… a great special tile counter.

Appears too much the word low. But he seems to be a great random special tiles wrecker, plus a good charged tiles generator.
A lot of characters can take advantage of them, specially AW.

First impression: anti-Polaris and a big damage tanker.

Vulture and Black Cat could be good to trigger charged tiles destruction. It could be good with Negasonic, with charged tiles and random tiles destruction happening. Other good teammates: Lockjaw, Worthy Cap, Jubilee, 4* Thor.

With the above teammates, there are a lot of playstyles to choose from.

Someone who can creates blue tiles will be good with him, like 3* Ragnarok, 5* Storm or 5* Prof.

THROG

These 2020 characters make me excited for 2021’s roster additions.

You are correct. If you have any stock piled honor among thieves tokens you can already see him in game.

in the 4* world that blue passive will be very useful. His green could be useful against Polaris and will be determined by his numbers. I typically prefer a power that targets special tiles compared to convert random tiles including special.

I can’t wait to see the full numbers

With Red Guardian giving Yelena and Scorpion giving Carnage. There is a very good chance that Throg’s feeder will be Beta Ray Bill. They already share the same colors.

Prove that.

Whaaat ? Are those feeder infos confirmed ?

Someone in one of my Line chats shared a screenshot that confirms this.

If I could figure out how to put the pic here I would, but it’s all over fb and line.

cough Heimdall cough
I don’t have any inside info, just, really, why would they feed one of the best 5s in the game when they can instead feed one of the meh-est?

BlixTheFrog. It’s one of those things I’ve seen a lot of people talking about on the forums. Particularly on thread talking about feeder wishlists.

JFisch. It’s possible can could do Heimdall instead which isn’t entirely bad. Heimdall has some amazing synergy with Throg anyway. But I still think it’s BRB. It is very generous to do him, which is why it’s makes such a great holiday gift.

Actually it is an argument of “Someone said that he heard when someone said that someone heard…” So basically: it proves nothing.

@OJSP Yep, I totally agree. Nobody has to prove anything here.

But if someone post such statement then and when asked for a prove says “someone somewhere posted a screenshoot” then I gladly would point one that “its proving nothing”.

ggggggg

@Mr_F There you go. Make me figure out how to do this just cause you want to be difficult

8M ISO??? So jealous…

It’s not my account lol. I only have 3 million
