Well if it stops whiny dickheads turning up here to rant about it then go bananas.

5.10 class of 2022 ended early, when they put up a preview for the repeat event, I filed a ticket Thursday September 28th 2003 hoping for the 25 wins prog reward 5shards I was on track to obtain, (and did obtain for every class of event that ended on time). I’ll stop pinging the Help Conversation if that is what is meant by “submit another CS ticket”. The help conversation isn’t getting closed, I’m not reopening it, but every couple weeks I have been sending a “Checking on status” message. Many customer service systems drop tickets that aren’t updated for a couple months.

Interesting. I did the exact same after that PvP. Even put a bug report on this forum. Class of 2022 PvP ended too early for slice 5 - MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues - 505 Go! Official Forums

Never heard anything back on the ticket. Curious to hear how yours was resolved.
