Hello all. I have a single 
Pheonix that i feel is throwing off my scaling. With only 2 champion 3 star characters (167), and no 4 star higher than 127 (x-force Wolvie), should I hold onto this cover? I know they have been testing new scaling, but does anyone know when that’s going to be complete? I feel like it’s detrimental to my progress, as I have a very difficult time completing pve progress points.
Hold onto it. Boosted 3s are close in level to an unleveled 5 anyway, and the new scaling mechanic will hopefully fix the issue soon. 5*s are rare, so don’t get rid of one unless absolutely necessary.
would also say to keep it - think about your long term game!
Keep. I have almost as many 5* (4) as I do champed 3* (5), and no 4* over 120. Roster can still T50 every PvE sub with no worries, T5 if I want to sleep on the couch. Scaling worries are dramatically overblown.
I sold 2 OML covers in the past to focus on event essencials. The decision will haunt me forever. If you’re lucky enough to pull a 5*, get it.
