If nothing else, the icon for seeing when there are new posts and then immediately jumping to the new post when clicking it is extremely convenient, even while lurking. It’s seriously 90% of the reason I even log in… ---

Quite right. All the lurkers, join the forums! The way I see it, it’s in fact much more fun than the game itself. Riiight. The forum is almost as fun as the game itself and I got more addicted to MPQ after I joined… Seriously. It’s so much fun here- the people are (or at least I am) so friendly to newbies and stuff. Hold our hands and come to the bright side. ---

Typically I know I’ve shown up as a guest simply because I never log in. Got it set to automatically do that from here on out. But for me I also tend to have a sort of social phobia when it comes to web forums and online gaming. This is an oddity because in real life I enjoy socializing and meeting new folks all the time! It’s easy to converse with strangers for me so I’m not sure why I shy away from the forums. Anyone else ever experience that? ---
