Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren’t. Does anyone know the rational or how to predict when they count?
Hope against Hope doesn’t seem to use them.
Does Valor in Arkos? Angel’s tomb specifically doens’t.
Roil Spout doesn’t allow you to target tokens, which is really annoying when you have to deal with a Desolation Twin.
Lol, There is no rational in this game, that’s the problem. Cards aren’t tested properly and there’s no constancy. Only way to find things like this is to test the card yourself, although given the number of bugs you may get different results one week from another (Diregraf Colossus I’m looking at you!)
yes. tokens do count for valor.
I play G Oath support and Allied knight spell card with it. 
Angel’s Tomb used to work on any creature, but was changed early on to prevent abuse with Thopter Spy Network.
Although why anyone would need Angel’s Tomb when they have Thopter Spy Network is beyond me.
Maybe they already had gideon 2 and garruck planned?
