using a power could replenish like 50 percent of the timer (timer freezes during animations); timer can never exceed 100 percent
this way spamming 2-3 AP abilities wouldn’t make the timer system broken.
training mounts in PQ1 was always fun as hell; I think I got my griffon to like level 40 which made my knight a beeeeast
Personally I hate timers and feel like there’s enough time pressure already. The meta is already based around killing opponents as fat as you can. Not opposed to new ideas, but this is something I would probably not participate in.
I’m personally not in favor of a mechanic like this. I don’t know of any exploitive reason why someone would take their sweet time in making their moves. I could understand this mechanic if PvP were genuine where it was player v. player and not player v. AI as it currently stands. I often start a match and then have to tend to other matters all of the sudden (crying baby, for example) and can’t continue my match for a few minutes.
