Traxos not recognizing himself as historic [Investigating]

Traxos is supposed to lose “Can’t Attack” whenever any historic spell is cast (the text doesn’t specify “another”). With a Traxos on the field, casting another Traxos doesn’t make it lose “Can’t Attack” even though he himself is historic.
