Trick or treat event ended, no rewards given [Investigating]

I was in 1st place for my bracket and when the event ended there were no rewards given. The pop up screen shown that I placed but the rewards box was blank. Confirmed when I saw that my Jewel count is the same prior the event ending. I rebooted the app to be sure. Same result.

We got tricked… no treats

I didn’t get any price either, there where approximately 15-25 players who had max point in my bracket before the last charge, so I should have placed in the top 100, but the event just fizzled.

nice trick, just checking to see if you have also paper towelled my house.

I hope they’re not expecting us all to put in tickets, is there anyone this didn’t happen to?

So I sent a PM, and just now when I logged in I saw a mail notification so I went to claim and it hung the client. I killed the app and went back in, now it’s gone. I’ll check again in a bit, but something is weird.

What kind of compensation for rank 552 players? Only asking so I know if sending in a ticket is worth the effort on my part.
