The activated gems are supposed to give life but they dont

This issue is now under investigation.
Tym’s activated gems exile cards from your opponent’s graveyard.
If your opponent has no graveyard, you will not gain life.
The player will only come to life if the opponent has cards in the graveyard to exile.
