Ugin’s rune cost to increase levels is the same as the cost to level a mono-colored planeswalker (79,920 runes to level 60). All other colorless walkers cost as much as tri-color walkers to level up (323,750 runes to level 60). It’s unclear whether Ugin’s relatively cheap leveling cost is as intended.

I think it’s not intended to like some bugs before. I like it, but still think bugs like this will ruin this game sometimes.
