And it is supposed to store mana … But there’s no mana storage displayed
Yeah, what’s the deal with this card?!?!?!? I had Greg cast it on me during RT and it came into play 11/11!
From the mtgpq.info website. It state that it should have stored mana of 10. So essentially a 17 mana 10/10 prevent damage creature.
Edit: Nope. My bad. 17 mana with 11/11 creature. Forgot how stored mana works. It’s default a 1/1.
I had noticed this too, but the card still fills up it’s stored mana as expected, it just doesn’t display the evergreen telling you how much it’s stored.
You can sort of tell by the gold trail around the mana icon, or at least get an idea about it’s “fullness”.
Unlike the Converge cards which still don’t show you which colors you need.
Ugin’s Conjurant does not have Prevent Damage.
So why does it say “Whenever this creature prevents damage, it loses Prevent Damage for 2 turns and gains -2/-2”?
This card actually does have Prevent Damage and Stored Mana, but the evergreens are not currently being displayed correctly.
I can confirm that the team is aware of this issue.
Perhaps the card should have Prevent Damage, but, having played it a lot recently, I can tell you that it does not.
I can confirm, the Prevent Damage ability of the conjurant does not work.
The stored mana appears to work just fine though (X=10)
This has been fixed in 3.8, @Tombstone can you update the bug list to reflect?
I’ve just updated the status of this issue as requested.
