Not sure if this is intended, but with the newest update, it’s posted that:

Now gains +2/+2 only when it’s owner matches green gems, down from when any green gem is matched.

This change will help control Ulvenwald Hydra a bit better as it shouldn’t gain +2/+2 on the opponent’s turn.
I’ve played against several QB decks that had this and also one of the Avacyn Coalition Nodes where the Ulvenwald Hydra still gains +2/+2 while I’m making green matches. Just wanted to point that out as I’m unsure what the real intended purpose was.
