Just updated to R103. iOS.
Clicked on “Join” and got an error message:
PURCHASE FAILED
Unable to complete purchase at this time. Please try again later.
Does this happen to everyone who is on iOS?
Also I am in Canada and the VIP package has no pricing anywhere on the VIP screen? Even if I am able to join.. how do I know how much I am paying?

It worked for me on Android. I had around $14 of google play credit from google surveys, so I did it, but I won’t do it regularly.
I got the LT, which gave me JG, which gave me another LT, which gave me Cyc, who’s already fully covered. Now I need to rush for 14 days to try to get enough ISO to champion him. And there’s no "Sell all 1s" button, so that means I’ll need to sell every single 1 one at a time, so… thanks?
Worked for me (on Steam), but couple people in my alliance are having this issue.
EDIT: one reports that switching to Android resolved his issue … well, sort of. Shouldn’t have to switch platforms just to make a purchase …
im on steam and the stupid button is in the top corner flashing constantly.
like they want you to pay just to make the damn thing go away. 
Maybe the Lord of Light is watching over you. 
Same error here with iOS. Gimmie some VIP, or wait, maybe holdout in the hopes that they will increase what you get from it.

Shocking that an “exciting new feature” wouldn’t work as anticipated (or at all) on roll out.
And by feature, I mean more RNG pulls.
I bought it with my google play survey rewards, but I’m scared of it flashing at me for months once it runs out. Oh well.

The goofy store button sparkles all the time and I tuned that out long ago.
Not working for me on android using the Amazon App Store. Really wanted to use the 500 amazon coins I got from the E3 Humble Bundle on this 
I can’t even get the Amazon app store to show me the update.
I have major issues updating with the Amazon store as well. I had to kill the whole store and reload to even see the update. Then I had to uninstall reinstall for it to take. The Update button is always there for me but never seems to work.
I guess its worth it for the coin deals?
I don’t have anything else on which to spend the coins, and only recently discovered I could spend them on IAP, so I’m going to throw them at this game before they expire.
For this month I just used Google Rewards money, but I’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling on my amazon device to bring it up to date.
