I’m stuck at this screen. Accessing shield servers. Tried rebooting my phone and everything. Any suggestions?

I’ve never had issues up until today. Been playing for over 429 days.

Try clearing your app cache.

Completely shut down the app then restart. That is what worked for me.

I’m having the same issue on my Android, and it started today. Restarting the app didn’t make a difference.

I had the same issue. I closed/restarted over the course of a few hours until it finally worked.

So tired of the bugs in this game. I swear, they can’t launch an event anyomore without causing one…or two…

start game and wait 5-10m and then DDQ become avaliable

IOS, IPad Air 2. Same thing.
Also, a few times recently the game will load and there won’t be any sound. Have had to close out and reopen to get sound to work. Doing the same hasn’t fixed the DPD though.

Don’t reopen the game immediately after closing it. Wait for 2 minutes or so.

Had that happen to me last night with Simulator Round 3. Just waited and it eventually sorted itself out.

I’ve done everything suggested and it’s still not opening up for me…kinda sucks

There’s some ISO, 2 tokens and a Loki that im missing out on.

Oh well, hopefully MPQ addresses this before the night is out

happening to me as well on Steam, no matter what I tried both the DDQ and the venom bomb event appear as they’re trying to connect and are not granting me access to them.
