UPDATE
Sent my ticket yesterday, and today they requested via email my player id and pvp name. And it was quickly solved by D3. Received full refund (200 HP).

Out of health packs and accidentaly hit on revive. My 500 HP went to 300 HP, and realized the health kit were purchased with no further confirmation asked. The purchase window appeared and disappeared in miliseconds. And no keyboard/mouse button were pressed after the revive button.

No I did not want to buy the Health Kit. Thanks developers. Wish to have spent 200 Health Points with some token. I would not even mind to get some crap hero like Bagman, at least I would know it was my decision to proceed with this.

Don’t know whether it is bad programming or something else. The feelings are disgust and irritation with this game.

Being difficult or not, receiving my 200 HP back would be grateful.

You need to fill out a ticket and explain your issue. A post on this forum won’t work.

I had the same problem, so I sent a ticket and nothing was done.

I already did prior this post. Just wanna spread the word to warn everyone, so you may try to avoid this unfortunate situation.

My follow up. The D3 replied my ticket today, requiring my personal info (Player ID / PvP name). And hours later they refunded my 200 Hero Points. Have to recognize it was solved very quickly. Thanks for the quickness.

However I still advise you to be very cautious about the misclicks until they solve this bug.
