With CP live, can we get this added to the vault? Possibly replace legendary token with 25 cp, and hopefully add smaller denominations as well?

^^ Why replace the legendary token with something which gives you a legendary token? Doesn’t make much sense. I think adding a token of lower CP denomination is more fitting like you say.

this would be for those in the 4-5 transition who are hoarding cps to upgrade a specific ability on a 5

Maybe replace a few health packs or 2* with a single command point.
