Venom crashes through the battlefield, human rage fueling their alien power. Deals 155 damage, then destroys a random tile for each enemy special tile on the board (does not generate AP). Costs 1 less for each enemy special tile (min cost 7). Level Upgrades

**
(PASSIVE) Venom’s symbiote powers allow them to stalk their prey, but make Venom vulnerable to fire and sonics. Enemy Protect tiles’ strength are reduced by 25% and enemy Attack tiles’ strength are increased by 20%. Dev note: This does not fire each round, it is a flat modifier on every enemy tile.
Level Upgrades
Level 2: Enemy Protect tiles are reduced by 30% and enemy Attack tiles are increased by 20%.
Level 3: Enemy Protect tiles are reduced by 35% and enemy Attack tiles are increased by 20%.
Level 4: Enemy Protect tiles are reduced by 45% and enemy Attack tiles are increased by 10%.
Level 5: Enemy Protect tiles are reduced by 60% and enemy Attack tiles are increased by 0%.[/color]

Venom lets their twisted sense of justice guide them, brutally lashing out while believing they’re protecting the innocent. Deals 1032 damage and creates 2 strength 27 Yellow enemy Protect tiles.
Typo on the black max level. I assume it is the same power regardless. I am guessing black is always active. Green stinks because of low damage for such a ridiculously high AP cost. Carnage’s green is better by far, even though it stinks too. Yellow is good, but with no yellow AP generating characters besides Miles, not likely to go off often like Hulkbuster’s red. Overall: meh. His high health might negate his crappy skills somewhat. He is a niche character that doesn’t really work well against any current characters in the 4 star range besides Failcap.
There is no trigger, it’s always active for every tile that is on the board. And to answer the other part of the question, that’s not every turn, it’s a flat modifier on every Protect and Attack tile.
Green costs 13 ap for 3k damage plus some from destroyed tiles (could be 0)? Well, terrible secondary effect sense of balance (cascade potential) just ruined another character.
