Today my vip master was upgraded to vip master 13. It is 10 month ago i started with the vip subscription. But while upgrading from basic to pro to master I got 2 extra month.
It looks like there is no plan for a subscription that last longer than 12 month because:
- All vip offers available with vip 12 are gone.
- I can upgrade my vip master plan (to what?).
- There is no vip tier reward anymore (like the masterpiece booster for vip 12).
- the vip 13 rewards are of less value/ lesser amount compared to lower vip rewards
Please fix this. We pay for it each month.
