Vivid Revival infinite loops? [Investigating]

I’m getting stuck with infinite loops with Vivid Revival + Rishkar’s Expertise. A confirm prompt on either one would solve the issue, but as it is I get stuck with them coming back from graveyard, collecting enough mana to cast, then starting the cycle all over again.

They just need to apply the season’s past fix to it and prevent it from recovering copies of itself.
