Vivien's invocation + dreameater doesn't deal any damage [Investigating]

As the title says, when Vivien’s invocation fetches dreameater, it should (and used to) deal damage as expected. However … it doesn’t.
As a sidenote, avoiding using dreameater’s ability (survey or/and bounce) doesnt change anything … The damage doesn’t trigger.
