Vivien's Invocation + Forerunner of the Heralds [Investigating]

If i cast Vivien’s Invocation and fetch Forerunner of the Heralds (4/3) which then asks me to fetch a merfolk.
The Vivien’s Invocation will deal damage equal to the power of the merfolk fetched by the Forerunner, not the Forerunner which was fetched with the Invocation.
