Vizier of Tumbling Sands now bugged?

This happened twice when cycling Vizier of Tumbling Sands. The cycling animation didn’t complete, with the first card in hand being a blank space. This stops game play, with the player unable to rearrange cards in hand or match gems, forcing one to terminate the game.

Both times, this occurred the turn after an effect disabled one of my creatures–once Emrakul, once Ajani Vengeant’s first ability.

Outside of these two instances, the cycling for this card works fine.

No comment on if the spell can be cast, because who ever casts Vizier of Tumbling Sands?

Sounds like the known issue where re-enabling or replacing a disabled creature causes the game to lock up.
This has been happening at least since the patch that added Karn to the game.
It happens as you described, when cycling the Vizier or using Combat Celebrant to enable creatures. When replacing a creature that was disabled (I saw it when I had a creature caught by Cast Out). Also when destroying supports that disable creatures - Hixus or Cast Out are common culprits.
