War of the Spark Story Mode (level 1) crashed

The game was nearing it’s end, we both had 3 creatures in play, and several Vanguards were on the board.

I quit and started again. I noticed on both occasions the game lagging when Greg played his first creature.

It’s a tutorial feature to teach new players to get used to bugs in the game

It’s almost as if no one even bothered to test the new update… that isn’t the only bug I’ve encountered while playing that ONE single story mode fight. This is such a joke. I’m not even sharing the other bug, so so so tired of being a beta tester.

Everytime the opponents vanguard is destroyed it locks up for me. I can’t switch card order in my hand either and it’s not fun playing with such low walkers, takes ages.

For some reason, you aren’t allowed to change card order in tutorial events.

After trying it again I can see why we’re not allowed to shut off cards or change their order in tutorial (to show new mechanics etc.).

It’s still impossible for me to finish it with the soft lock (and laggy on Gregs turn as well). Don’t know how people can finish the match when Greg’s vanguard gets popped so easily. Deleting and full reinstall didn’t help either.

You should be thankful to be a beta tester, some of cannot even LOG into the game

did you find a solution? my game freezes every single time when AI vanguard support blows up. I even try not to match it but I can’t cascade hard enough to even cast a creature..

I only had a minor issue on this match. On every AI turn with vangard on board Greg has to think some seconds before doing something.

But I could destroy his vangard qithout softlock and he don’t have to think ‘how to use it’.

@jimpark haven’t tried since, figured we’d hear about a fix at some point

I think the problem might lie with Greg using Dovin, Hand of Control.

@ArielSira hurry! go play the story mode encouter! the rollback must have fixed it

It is fixed for me. I have finished it and yesterday three times I tried three soft locks.

Yes, finished it as well  no sweat this time
