I thought I saw this happen the other day, and an alliance member just mentioned it. Wasp sting finished off the target, and the stun passed on to the next enemy. It’s not a random stun like SWitch’s, so it should be concurrent with damage instead of happening after the damage phase.
Can confirm, I did this in KK PvP this morning.
Nothing about any abilities seems to be concurrent anymore, just like Daken’s now-old-and-still-unfixed Chemical Reaction bug that triggers multiple Energy Absorptions and can kill multiple targets. Even abilities that are only damage, like Star-Lord’s Oldest Trick in the Book, are doing multiple instances of damage so they get affected multiple times by Strikes and Protects.
