Watch ad: ad plays then black screen and no reward

Since yesterday, when I go to “Watch ad”, I see the ad, but then get a black screen with no option other than to force quit the game and receive no reward.

  • Server Version: 3.8.0

Also, turning audio off in the game doesn’t affect ads, which happily play sound.

@Robertmarkbram - don’t post your UID on these forums. You should remove it immediately!

If you want to have support look at your account, you should make a ticket (in-game or on the support section of this webpage). In that ticket you can describe the actual need for support to look into.
