This has been disturbing me for some time, I cannot lie

We need to talk about Mighty Thor
  • We really do
  • Oh wait though you thought this was about rebalancing her?
  • No!
  • No this is about the loading screen
  • You know the one where she is holding Mjolnir right at the top of the handle?
  • That is just weird right?
  • Would you hammer anything holding a hammer that way?
  • Also how is she gonna throw that thing?
  • I really feel this shows she did not go to Thor School where I am sure this would have been addressed.
  • Or other I guess? Let us know!

Didn’t thor used to hang on to the strap at that back, and his “flight” was him swinging it around and then throwing the hammer without letting go, or am I imagining that? I would guess that went the way of superman’s flight being him just jumping really good at some point though lol.

Actually she is making mjolnir glimmering because she came from a party really late and she can’t find the fallen keys. And that’s when they made the photo.
(I know it sounds bizarre but we must admit that we’ve seen weirder things about superheroes).
Also she dies.
(Again we must admit that if you haven’t seen the movie at this heights is because you’ll never do, so don’t get upset).

Doesn’t mjolnir have a famously short handle? I thought that was part of the OG Norse mythology. Maybe holding the handle at the top is a homage?

Hmm. Interesting. I don’t see it but I take on board your strange handle holding logic. See I was thinking all this time she is working at a handle holding disadvantage and needs a buff! Buff Jane? Maybe I need to do some actual research. I don’t have thunder god powers (despite what I tell my wife) but I do own a hammer which I can lift! I will try some experiments tomorrow and report back hopefully ( my wife may have hidden my hammer for reasons so depends)

What you need is a 2.5 lb mini sledge, and then try to do some precision forming of metal from various hand positions. Mjolnir is not designed like a Warhammer or Maul with a two handed handle, it is definitely a tool shape.

Clearly most all of the hammer wielders in game missed out on Thor school and hold that thing wherever they please.
