I just placed in top 8, and both drew 3*s for me - Red Steve (which I couldn’t use) and Yellow Patch (which was my #1 wish)!
Recently both tokens I won in one of the sub events also got me 3*s. So these “higher odds” tokens aren’t kidding, but what exactly are the odds?
On a related but different note, did they discontinue the 25% HP chance for standard tokens? Haven’t gotten one of those in months.
Each lr token has 15.3% chance of drawing a 3*. Regular Heroic tokens have 14.1% chance. The “increased chances” are that the featured heroes each are .9% instead of .7%
EDIT: And yes as far as I know the 25hp was dicontinued a long time ago

Yup, congratulations. I remember the best feeling ever for me was during the last run of Thick as Thieves I got 3 sub tokens: yellow Patch, blue Hood, then black Hulk one after the other 
. Sometimes the RNG gods smile upon us.
Lol, just got Golds from both the Standard tokens I won from my alliance wins - Green Ragnarock and Purple Daredevil. Well, 500 ISO and a slightly better Raggy is better than 200 ISO
