I had a little over 600 crystals saved up, so the first thing I did was get 2 new premium packs.
After opening them, I was shocked to see that…
Out of 4 opened rare/mythic (3 rare, 1 mythic) 2 of them (both the guaranteed rare interestingly) were Magmaroth
Out of 19 opened uncommons, 3 were Dagger of the Worthy (2 others had 2 copies)
Out of 29 opened commons, 6 had duplicates, with one card (Open Fire) having 3. And the single free pack card I got was another duplicate common from HOU.

I know people keep track of this stuff, so I’m curious if this is statistically normal? (I feel as though it isn’t considering the small number of cards I opened versus the large number of cards in the set). And has anyone else gotten similarly shafted?

When AKH dropped I opened so many PP and did not get a Mythic until number 23. So I definitely feel your pain. All but 2 mythics from AKH came from the Elite Packs that are overpriced. My 2 opened mythics Nehab and Cascading Cataracts, at least there can be a discussion on Nehab as useful.
