What determines critical tile power?

Nooby-doo question time but I just discovered different characters in my roster have different strong critical tiles. Red Hulk at level 200 (my highest level dude) has 3.0x, Black Widow at level 195 have 4.0x aaaand let’s pick two at random:
Black Panther at level 179 has 3.5x.
Psylocke at level 176 has 3.8x.

As topic suggests, I’m now wondering what determines this.

Each character has their own multiplier. It’s based on the character, not the level. It won’t increase as you level up your guys.

Don’t forget you can bump those numbers up with some sweet critical tile boosts.
