So, I’m not jumping into the “Nefarious Foes” PvP just yet, but there really isn’t any other option going on, especially since I’ve completed the standard PvEs. What do you guys do out there, when there’s nothing else to do?

For me, Off-Season could lasts longer, one week maybe. And there is still PVE, which takes aprox 4/5 of all gaming time, so ,Off-Season" is not really an issue.
Hammer the LRs, catch up on other games, take it easy on PVE and PVP unless I need something (and the next PVP may award Iron Fist). PVE will be get to 13k and take it easy this time.
Doesn’t really feel any different to me. There’s still PvP, PvE and LR. The only thing missing is shield sim, and I pretty much only use that for tanking.

I play casually, (unless the pve at the time offers a new character ). This is my way of avoiding burnout. Kinda take it easy for a few days. 
Hard to know, since “between seasons” basically means “Tuesday”.
Good job having a PVE for a new char end a day after the season, and the PVP for his covers start on Wednesday.
I’m sure your most dedicated players are coming back strong after those endless 36 hours off.
