Worst was missing a social meeting today because the nodes were replenishing just so fast. Emrakul is having a serious impact on my life and I’m not kidding here.
The threads are getting wiped now but I really hope the message gets to the devs. It’s a serious problem.
Worst time for me is 9am Wednesday morning when i have to risk my job if i want to be competitive.
9am means you can clear nodes at lunch.
1am for me means I’m a zombie at work the next day.
I am currently living in China and having to start playing the event at 1am and meeting all ribbon requirements is just the most wonderful thing in this world
Beyond a doubt, the worst time to start playing the event is once you pass the last completion reward.
If you’re playing for any sort of competition reward, 9/10 of the decks you play will be tuned for non-event play (QB) and will most likely steamroll your silly vampire discard deck.
0/10 event.
Unless you have a half hour lunch, of course, because no one’s clearing a full set of Emrakul nodes in 30 minutes. Well, maybe yunnnnnn.
I have the same 9am problem, exacerbated by the fact that we often have 4-hour meetings/trainings, which unfortunately coincides with the refresh time.
I fully support a rotating start time system. But then, I also support a less restrictive methodology for nodes, such as a longer lead time before the first set refreshes. 6 or 8 hours instead of 4 would be superb.
