When are contents of VIP packs set?

Can anyone answer this one?

I have a complete set of standard apart from the ZNR exclusives, and I have enough standard VIP packs already to get those when KHM comes out.

When I receive a new standard VIP pack, I get the notification in my inbox, which says I have three months to claim the reward. If I wait until after KHM comes out to claim the reward, will I get a ZNR VIP pack, or a KHM VIP pack?

In other words, are the contents set when given or when claimed? Given D3 seems determined to make VIP suck, I suspect the former, but it would be nice to have confirmation.

The contents are set when given. Any non duplicate pack that you get from your VIP packs will only contain cards from the sets that are standard on the date that you received it even if you claim it after the new set drops.

So, basically non of your current VIP reward packs will give you Kaldheim cards. No matter if you already claimed them or if they are sitting in your inbox waiting for the new set to drop.
