When is the anniversary event(s) planned to start?
I thought that after the short season, the anniversary is starting, but now we have one off-season close contact PVP. i wondering how long more we have to wait…
Yep we all expected that, because why else shorten the season?
Alas, this would have made way too much sense.
I suspect it will start after Webbed Wonder ends. We’ll probably get a preview today or tomorrow. I figure @Brigby is waiting until after the preview announcement to post the October sneak preview (which will have two live events that never got previewed by then).
I really hope its soon. I need to find 600k ISO in the next 13 days so would really like to be able to do it quicker with a nice double ISO event or 3.
You forgot that, in MPQ, Thursday is the day when everything starts. Boost cycle is Thursday-Thursday. Almost always, a new PvE starts Thursday. All new seasons start on Thursday night (EDT).
The anniversary events should, therefore, start Thursday 10/5/17.

I don’t understand why they have to keep things a secret for so long. The events are popping up in game before they even make an announcement anymore.
