It does say Week 1 of the celebration in Brigby’s post, so we could be getting more soon. Sadly, my 5/5/2 Okoye (with 2 saved covers) agrees with Bowgentle on the Shuri feeder.

No one knows what they’ll do. They’ve proven time and time again that just cause they start doing something in a logical pattern doesn’t mean they’ll stick to it to the end. They’ve already changed strategy on 5* feeders at least twice if not 3 times already. In fact one of the devs on discord openly said they don’t like people to be able to predict what’s coming and occasionally reshuffle with the intention of throwing people off. Saying Mordo for Strange isn’t happening is nonsense. Either is about as likely as the other. (Unless you want to site a source for definitive statements vs reasonable speculation).
I would happily bet it wont be Mordo, since Mordo has been around a while now so a lot of people will have him champed quite some way. They dont want people getting too many 5* covers.
Tell that to:

Ant-Man (Released 6/2015 feeds Wasp),

All of those characters (7 of the 14 total 5* feeders) were released before Mordo who came out in 2/2017…
To those claiming the sky is falling and there will never be a feeder from an old character did you forget Ant-man and Wasp? The most recent feeder other than the two announced this week was from a characters that’s been out for over 3 years…

Broll what people are saying is the 4* that were in the heart of vaulting will not be used a lot. Yes they did use some in Gam and Medusa but advioded some too. It is not Sky is falling but they don’t want to give out a ton of covers either. That’s why Mordo feels like he will not give Dr S. But at some point these will have to feed at some point so maybe soon. Would be great. Have a lot of them at 370 and dups champed. They have to at some point you would think.

So out of 32 possible characters. 12 have no obvious appropriate character today. 10 are feeders already. Take out 5 characters that the only obvious feeder is taken. You’re only left with 5 candidates out of the 32… Mordo, Rouge, Riri, Nico Minoru (huge stretch), Nightcrawler (small stretch)
So the fact that we aren’t seeing many hits from a group of 5 out of a pool of 60 non-feeder characters). I think it’s a major over reaction to nothing, but I’ve stated my case.
Shuri to Okoye next?
Looks like she’ll be featured in MCU-10 Week 3 PvE
Shuri would seem to have a strong connection to Okoye, no?
Rogue will be the next 4* feeder and she’ll feed Gambit…now that they’ve really nerfed him.
Not until after the MCU-10 celebration is over.
No appropriate character on C4ge? Are we ignoring his marriage to Jessica Jones in comics lore? 
Or are you hinging the lack of appropriateness on C4ge not being a “Netflix” iteration of the character?
Shuri, as has been pointed out, could tie to Okoye as a strong female character from the Pantherverse.
Some of your ‘no appropriate character’ tags really hinge on the context of “for first feeder.” Wasp could easily feed Wasp, but Ant-Man’s already doing that job, so she isn’t likely to get doubled soon, as an example.
More like “not until his special sellback price is gone.” Adding a feeder before that would let you convert free Gambit covers into other characters.
They also might wait until after he’s essential (which should be… within a week), so that people are required to chase him normally if they sold him and aren’t aided by a feeder replacing covers they sold.
