Where did TotP: Blue go?

Now I’m aware I’m in the minority who actively participate in the Trial of the Planes events and actually enjoy it. It reminds me of old NoP in the sense that I can field the best decks I have except that it’s more fun cause it has multiple difficulties, of which the hardest one actually creates some tension without having to resort to massive AI cascades.

However, I just noticed that TotP: Blue is missing from my event list and from the marquee on my Activity Hub. It’s supposed to have another 14 hours more before it ends. I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

What annoys me really is that I’m only halfway through it (only completed 5 or 6 matches out of 12) so this glitch would essentially waste my 60 Crystals by depriving me of some 9-12 Jewels.

edit
For those who don’t keep track, it was White on Monday, Blue for Tuesday and Black for Wednesday. So there’s no reason for Blue to be missing.

I’m suspecting that this has happened to everyone.

Is there a way to get this fixed without dealing with customer service? I don’t feel like providing the same information in three separate messages before they tell me that there is, in fact, no problem.

That’s peculiar that the Trial of the Planes: Blue is missing. I’ve sent an email over to the developers to see what happened.

I’ll update this post once I hear back from them. Sorry for the inconvenience!

@Brigby any news?

I just had another support ticket denied (totally different from the previous ones) and I really do not want to go through them again.

I’ve been thinking it’s to avoid Baral.

@spesler
Turns out there was a slight hiccup, and it was just that the wrong event was disabled that day.
Not to worry though. Trial of the Planes: Blue will be fully available the next time it’s scheduled to appear.

@brigby the problem is I spent 60 crystals to enter it, got part of the way through progression, then it disappeared

So do we submit a ticket to Support for a refund of a paid event that was wrongly disabled and cut us off from what we would have earned?

Basically what @spesler said.

@spesler @span_argoman

If you send in a support ticket, Customer Support will be able to verify you were entered into the event when it was disabled, and then compensate you for the incident.
