First, a big sarcastic thanks for this edition of RotGP. The last two nodes were in the middle of the night and early morning for us west coasters. I went to bed 5 points from perfect, and woke up with boss health at 1% and six nodes to finish.
This is a really big drag. There is no reason a time zone should be put at a disadvantage like this.
That being said… after frantically trying to finish my last nodes (I didn’t), I was left with nothing to do.
Where have the events gone?
i noticed there were no PvE events last week, and nothing but RotGP over the weekend.
please give us some additional events.
I’d love to see Oktagon bring back the Planeswalkers Arena. There are several PWs that just don’t get enough love. Give us back this event so we can dust off Gideon and Sarkhan decks.
these used to be run on weekends and were a nice event. Now that I’ve got all the walkers, I’d love to see it come back.
That’d be great, but we’ve had no communication about a release. Since I can only comment on what is available, it seems like we’ve seen a reduction in the number of events.
I, for one, would like to see another option or two to play on the weekend.
I wish PVE would just go a set amount of time – I was on vacation this week, I started the event Saturday morning and put up 200-+ points – woke up Sunday to full charges and 7%. I managed to squeeze out progression like 2 minutes before the event ended.
I wasn’t playing with a t10 team, but I still like to put up as many points as possible for whatever team welcomes me. Anyone with regular weekend plans would have been put at a disadvantage by how the event finished.
AM on the other hand, has been ending at close time the past several times it was run, this is nice, I can plan my life a bit.
Dunno, but it feels like a misfire to have BOTH no game to play AND no Q&A excerpt to dig into.
I think it would be OK if we at least had something to excite us, or some kind of endless content so we wouldn’t end up with nothing to do in the game at all. Something that lets us just play some quick battles
Look, I know Ixalan is about to drop for us in 2ish weeks but could Octagon push a few buttons and give us some Events until then?
More than one PvP event at a time without several hours between one ending and another starting would be nice. A PvE event at the same time. Or two non-coalition PvP events. Just something to do outside of the Training Grounds.
Also, we’d all probably appreciate an influx of events to hoard up as many crystals as we can before the release.
Doubtful, they just loaded us up with events and doubled the rewards over the holidays. Things always thin out near a release probably to minimize collateral damage.
