Just updated, and noticed the music disappears during a fight. Music plays at all other times, just not in battle, which now sounds a bit creepy, only sound effects are playing. The music icon shows its still on…but it isn’t. Gotta be an update bug, anyone else getting this?

Yeah it is a bug. I noticed the Event End time in Cage Match is also missing. I don’t know when my event ends?!?!
You can find this by looking at event rewards, then event rules, it tells you there.
Still no music tho.
The music dropping out in some fights is listed in the patch notes as a known issue that will be fixed with R72.
There’s supposed to be music?
