I just realised that the announcement mentions an Hour of Devastation token but for the next 10 days the Amonkhet tokens are in the vault rotation. I guess that might cause problems…

Also it was supposed to be a rare+ pack, but no rates in current elite pack means its hard for them to give it out

I dunno, you can still get packs that aren’t in the vault as rewards from events just fine. Is this really any different? Nothing stopped me from getting Soi packs from EC this week, right?
