Which 4* to ascend (first)?

Before this anniversary is over, I’m going to open all my (non-LL) tokens and I have over 1000 combined. My 3* favorite usually goes to the character who’s second is closest to 266 so I can ascend them and make a new roster slot. But my 4* fave…well that’s my question-

I’ve gotten all my non-champed 4s that could possibly be meta to 13 covers with shards, so now I’m just going to focus on favoriting a 4 until they are ascended to 5. But who should be my first 4a5? [My poll is from looking at the forums and LINE]
