How about setting up a “white board” in the chat window where the Leaders of the Alliance can post notes like:
Focus On: The Hunt
TU given: Cyc/Blade/Thor
Allow the Leader to write up to a 255 character text field that everyone can see.
Then also allow the player to post his own notes inside the game under the alliance chat, so he/she can put reminders up for themselves after they leave the game. Because some people like me that are 40+ just have foggy memories sometimes…
